Went to living spaces for the first time looking for a sectional and it was a great experience! We previously went to another furniture store and it was like a car dealership a salesperson putting high pressure to get our business but living spaces was the exact opposite! Laura was so nice and calm to where you feel comfortable and not under pressure!! Laura gave us space and when we were ready for questions she sat with us on the couch and answered my 50000 questions! Laura was very easy going and so easy to work with! Would recommend coming here!! Everyone was nice as well!

I had a great experience from start to finish at the Ft Worth location. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Jeremy was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select pieces and design my living room/kitchen/entry way. Excellent service—fast, easy, fun.

Amazing experience at Living Spaces thanks to Iveth and John B! They were both so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me pick out the perfect bedroom furniture and mattress. They made the process easy and enjoyable and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciate their great customer service and would highly recommend asking for them!

Nichole quickly responded to my request for help. I found an "as is" floor model parts of which weren't marked with tags. she had to go to the back and do a lot of checking to make sure what the prices were. She returned and provided excellent information very efficiently and accurately. Calvin & Al from Lugg did all the heavy lifting and got it home today before dinner! Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our experience purchasing a couch at Living Spaces. I had done research online and walked in to see the couch in person and sit on it. We were greeted at the door and directed to where the couch was as well as told that the sales associates don’t work on commissions. A sales associate was working with another couple but that gave us time to sit on the couch before committing to purchasing. Once she was finished she explained the purchase process, extra protection coverage and delivery information. Everything was quick and we scheduled delivery for the next day. The couch was just delivered and the process was quick and easy as well. All around a great experience.

This was my first visit into your store and was so impressed by the pocketbook friendly prices. I walked in with the notion of not purchasing nothing while searching for a swivel extra large comfortable chair. We were approached by Jeremy, who was awesome in helping me to find the right chair that was at a comfortable height, firm yet not brick hard cushioning,with a soft beautiful fabric which, was below my wiggled room budget lol. Your store has such a welcoming environment where the sales team allowed browsing without the feeling of being harassed. Picking up my hidden jem of a chair a day later from the warehouse was friendly, easy and efficient.

Jeremy was outstanding. He assisted us in an area that was not in his department close to closing time. He answered all the questions we had about the furniture we were interested in. Just an all around fantastic experience without the sales pitch. He made the conversation personable and made us feel comfortable. Props. Will definitely return in the future.

For the most part, the sales folks leave you alone so that you can wander around and enjoy your time there. My favorite aspect of it is go to the bar, get you your $2 adult beverage and then take your time walking around to see how the furniture would look in your house, an associate is always available to help if you have questions.

So far so good. Went in store and took our time figuring out what we wanted for our new home. Margarita was very friendly and helpful. We made a choice and checkout was a breeze. Looking forward to our new couch. Much creamier in person with warm undertones, not a stark white, which I love!

10/10 would recommend. First off, Living Spaces is different form your typical furniture store. The employees do not work off commission, so everyone is genuinely there to help you with your furnishing needs. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and wanted to help! This Alliance store has many options to choose from simple needs to the most advanced options you can dream up. They also have a kids play space and a super affordable snack/ drink area. The store has build in houses so you can imagine different options and styles. We spent hours there trying every option of couches and dining room tables. We fell in love with super deep comfy green couch, one of the store's top sellers and a multi- leaf dining table with a built in Lazy Susan. The couch is the focal point of our whole living room and we couldn't be happier or comfier. I'd like to make a special shout-out to Sharon for going above and beyond with her customer service. She was super knowledgeable on the products on the floor, going over in-depth on every specification, including delivery. She was happy to take her time with us, making us feel important and our needs met. When we couldn't find a table in store, she helped us search through the website until we found exactly what we were looking for! Her personality and kindness made us feel like we were working with a friend, not someone we just met. She worked with us during several visits and truly made furniture shopping into something we looked forward too. I will 100% be back to the store for any further furnishings needs.
